About This Task

Hiring Workflow can be created using a source app and a target app. Two source apps and four target apps can be combined to create a workflow as follows. Source app is used to upload resume/JD, and target app is used to store the parsed resume/JD output data.

Hiring Workflow dashboard

  1. Visit https://www.candidatezip.com/ and click Sign Up For Free to open the https://app.candidatezip.com/SignUp website.
  2. On Sign Up page, enter the First and Last Name and Work Email. Read the Terms of Use, check the checkbox for I'm not a robot, and click Sign Up. If you already have CandidateZip account, click Login for your CandidateZip account.
    Note: You can also sign up using a social account such as Gmail, LinkedIn, or other accounts as necessary.


  3. Once you log in to the CandidateZip, click Hiring Workflow on the left-side navigation panel to create workflows.

  4. Click Create New Workflow to create a new workflow. Follow the below topics for creating different workflows.
